• The Pricing below is for both full colour & black ink printing.   We undertake SAME DAY or QUICK PRODUCTION depending on the job, work involved  & workload at the time of ordering.

• All digital printing prices are per A4 copy or pro rata. We can also print to A3, A5, A6 or any other in-between sizes that you may require. Max printable sheet size = 457mm x 320mm.

• PRICING MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM SET UP CHARGE depending on number of copies and complexity of set up.

Document Scanning

Gives you a permanent record of documents: Scanned documents can be stored and used as required.  We can resort your documents and especially in legal work they can be re-sorted and paginated as required.  We have the expertise to do this!   

• Economical:  Scanned  documents can be printed out as required, including re-numbering the pages or paginating them for you and can save your office hours of work.  Document scanning to PDF is recommended as a permanent record and also after revision to resort, renumber and paginate.
• We scan documents fast:  Scan your documents to email or save to your USB while you wait. We scan to a tiff, jpeg or pdf file as required. Scans may be prepared as single  page files or with all the pages in one file. We are able to scan text as well as pictures.
